Commission Rate

Commissions ranging from 7% to 17% based on Line of Business, monoline, and package/Multi-Policy business.

Market Availability

Agency must write a minimum of 2 Policies a month to maintain appointment.
Agency must have consistent monthly flow of multi-line new business.
Agency must have a minimum of 12 months Agency Ownership Experience.
We do not consider Start-Up or Non-Standard Agency’s
Prefer agency has a Comparative Rater (EZ Lynx or PL Rater)
Agent must not have been previously terminated by Foremost Signature Auto & Home.
Agency must be Profitable with current Carriers.
Agency must fully complete the Foremost Profile form in its entirety to be considered. (provided in market access application confirmation).
Appointments are not guaranteed and are based on market capacity and factors listed above.

General Liability, Liquor Liability & Assault & Battery for Hospitality Risks is available in all states except for VT and the District of Columbia DC. The Franchise Food package is written in all 50 states.
